Anyone hear anything? I thought we were supposed to hear about raises before the end of April

No raise in my division in GI. Pathetic
No cost of living update in my division in GI.
No cost of living increase?? So you basically are getting paid less this year than last year.. AIG has gotten you cheaper than they did last year, just let that sink in.
My friend you better start applying elsewhere otherwise you might as well sell your house and cars to support your life since AIG won’t.
No cost of living increase for me in Underwriting
2% for those who are lucky and 0% for those who lucky to still have a job. Whoever said 8% is lying out their a-s.
Anyone else getting the sense that Friday might be setting up to be a day with significant layoffs?
I got 2.5% so a 6% pay cut.
8% to favorites and 2 for everyone else. Suck it up.
Still no word for us ... however I'm not expecting it to be a huge raise.
If it was anything like the STI bonus went (at least for me), we'll find out on Friday after the check is already visible in our bank account. They don't even try to pretend like they care about their employees with this type of approach and complete lack of communication.
Managers notified Wednesday morning. 2% if you are lucky
Midweek and no updates. Anyone able to confirm the accuracy of the prior posts regarding 2% and communication prior to weeks end?
Expecting nothing like last 6 years. It is not 2% fir everyone it will be how management want to allocate. Only positive is heard higher grades nothing but no doubt they are looked after by LTIP Awards
As others have said, you’re manager will notify you sometime this week about your 2% raise retroactive to end of March and they’ll also explain how it is going to be much harder to achieve ‘fully met’ on your STI this year. You’ll really need to work harder than you ever have.
Somebody is going to get hurt real bad.. somebody.. somebody..
You will take your 2% and be grateful, thankful even that they will calculate as of you got it in March.
I heard and advise all of you to bring your biggest duffel bag to work so that you have a way to carry your huge raise home. Hopefully, it’ll fit in the trunk of your car. And for those who have direct deposit, please notify your banking institutions and confirm your account can handle such an enormous, backdated deposit.
Come on, I realize something’s better than nothing but if the rumored 2% is true, you’re not even catching up with the increased cost of gas & groceries. So, in the end, you’re still behind.
Came someone explain what retroactively or backdated to March means? Does that mean we will get the money we were supposed to get from April onwards in our new checks?
Also are we able to negotiate raises/bonus once we directly hear back?
They have already gone through the various layers of management review and are scheduled to be presented to employees next week. Will be effective retroactively to end of March.
I would like to know how does such a big company like AIG all of a sudden this year not have raises approved/ready or a conversation about the hold up. Realistically we would of known something by the end of March and here we are the end of April.
It's just funny how we have deadlines but AIG as a company doesn't.
There is a delay but they will come backdated to April, in May
However no news on %
don't worry your 2% is coming
Same here. My division has not had any notification
