Agreed. Incompetence is a factor but also concealing information. The current manager in Munis, who has been a Director for a long time, is known for lying. In less than 6 months he has destroyed the muni team and has put an incompetent person to lead automation calls and key projects.

How many resignations? Only from municipals? Please share if resignations are affecting other asset classes.
