It looks as if more outsourcing options are being reviewed for these organizations. With each of these functions significantly over budget (major red flag is HSE), the cost saving of outsourcing is significant. An example of some of the raised issues is:
- How many times do senior HSE leaders need to go to Europe?
- Significant cost saving removing the HSE Managers from each BU and have the field personnel report to Operations.
All functions listed are under the g-n but HSE needs to fix a lot of stuff fast or you will see more cuts coming very soon.
