@2wou+1gl59GuN What made you feel like any of the comments here were regarding flexibility? You’re the only one who mentioned it. And just out of curiosity, what hard questions did they answer for you?
I feel like comments here are in regards to flexibility without being direct. Talk to your managers. It varies by role and what your role entails. They cant blanket statement since all roles have different requirements. I found the employee meeting to be a positive change and for once tackle the hard questions.
My concern is that the VPs are blowing rainbows up at her and she won't actually know what is going on.
Also, nothing mentioned of the board member leaving after like 2 months because of changes made by senior leadership that go against actual regulations and that board member used to be with CMS and is a lawyer. I hope she knows about that.
That's what I got too. But with a new CEO in town hopefully things will improve. But for now it seems like they are wanting the company to look more attractive to keep employees, while using management as the bad guys. Let's see how this all plays out.
I got” Here are all these perks we would like to provide to you”, but of course it’s up to your people leaders if they want you to have them”
