Still waiting on those extra bodies..... We are burning out from working overtime making up for lost resources from the rifs.... You got your $3 million increase, now give us more workers.....

True. And there are no leaders because the organization won't tolerate leadership. Follow orders. Do what has always been done even though it didn't work. Suck up. Kiss *ss. Don't let on that the Emperor is buck na--d. That is what it takes to be a VP at Anthem.
We have Marketing?
Leadership at this company is the worst I have ever experienced. The whole lot of them are downright clueless, ineffective and literally counter productive (especially in the hot mess of Marketing).
Both can be true. This is without a doubt one of the most top heavy companies in the country.
