It's getting really tiring. Those who are manager's favorites can work as they please, while the rest of us are getting squeezed. They don't even try to hide favoritism anymore, it's pretty much out in the open. Those who are favorites even brag about being the manager’s favorites. It's a shame. I haven’t come up with any effective way to deal with that. The only thing that comes to my mind is to leave this place.

not only favoritism, my store has managers who give their friends and family extra discounts or free merchandise. It's been happening for a while and nothing has been done.
It's going on in my store too. It's really ridiculous. It's to the point where if a manager or favorite do something wrong or gets a bad survey it is completely ignored. I don't think there is an effective way to deal with it other than quitting. Good luck to you!
