When is The True Last Day?

When Jack the Devil essentially fired a bunch of people. It was effective July 8th. The Gallagher letters however have a start date of July 1, So wen is the true last day for those being let go July 8th as devil indicated in his call(s)?

It funny because with all of the MO's being let go , when we ask our managers " well who's going to get their 125-150+ pending and their 80+ new claims/ month. Instead of saying "You are ". We're getting the lie "It'll be fine , they're hiring a bunch of people" D-mbest move was not taking the MO's also

The company could be completely open, transparent, and provide clear guidance about the process but instead they choose not to. It’s like the people in charge of the process are unfamiliar with dealing with human beings in any way, shape, or form, which I think is pretty f** bizarre, considering the department is literally called Human Resources.

And don’t tell me they have been, or people wouldn’t even be joking about not knowing when their last day is.

Oh, here’s a 50 page packet of papers to read through. The other company will mail you a letter with information. Completely stupid. Some of the people impacted by this have worked here for decades. At least be decent about it.

And to those in HR and management who find this process distasteful, either stop doing it or take the advice you hand out to others and find another job that’s more suited to your talents, whatever those may be.

Jack is not the devil. During his call, he indicated July 8th was an estimated date.
