There have been so many issues for so many years that haven’t been fixed that one can only assume that the attitude from up top is indifference. I am sure to tell all friends and relatives to get insurance elsewhere as I’d hate to see them get screwed during a claim.
Years of handling claims and I don’t feel sorry for customers. I feel sorry for the brow-beaten adjuster!
As soon as Glenn got here the customer was no longer a priority. I feel good every single day when I convince one to go elsewhere.

It got to the point where there was nothing I could tell them. I didn’t even try to defend the company about the inspection delays and poorly written estimates.
