Employee Survey

Annual survey is next month and HR is worried about getting terrible results after the disgusting compensation funding. Lots of meetings with managers to encourage "feel good" actions. Maybe they should just do what they claim they do and actually "reward results"!

Your leaders do not know who responded. There isn’t a report out on that. You can answer honestly.

They say the survey is anonymous but I've heard that you have to login with your MS ID. How is that anonymous? How can you answer honestly without fear of retaliation if you have to login to complete the survey?

My manager really did not want me to leave. I went into her office expecting to give a letter of resignation, but I ended up getting a bj. Needless to say I ripped up the letter and went back to work.

They can only guess who gave what answers. Why give them better results than what they earned???
That makes no sense. They can't treat us much worse than funding 2% while there is record inflation and profits.

If you must answer don't do it honestly. At the smaller group level your overlord will have the breakdown and be able to figure out the malcontents.

Yes, answer honestly! I won't hold my breath that they will change, but will at least be fun watching HR and senior leaders try to spin the results.

Its all a farce. Answer honestly. Managers will talk about it but nothing will get done because we do not make decisions and are just as pi---d about the lack of everything in this company. But more townhall BS and cr-p emails from leaders about diversity or whatever woke cr-p they are pushing along with even more diversity hires.

They will just remove the questions they don’t want bad answers to. Just like they removed all the questions about the employees insurance benefit because they do not care that they are awful.

Management is coming up with ways to make employees feel better about their jobs. In the face of 8%+ inflation, they're saying the 2% annual raises are adequate because inflation is temporary. If that's so, why did they get a 8%+ increase on Medicare (probably more for commercial, and also for employees when OE comes) if inflation is so "transient". Lining the pockets of executives off the employees' backs is all. 8%+ premium increases, 2% employee cost increases. Ready for record profits, anyone?

Survey results have never made a difference. They interpret the results for the benefit of their goals and for show. There is no value for the employees.
