The burnout is real. As for morale... I personally have never been so demoralized before in my entire life.

you've gotta find a decent a$$ho-e manager, preferably in Active Trader Pro development, and then be their bi7ch for about 1-2 years, living like a parasite off of your coworker's work, and then, just then, maybe, they will give you enough to be your own a$$ho-e.
