Figuring out the tangled web of portals is the joke. We need one cow realized solution. Having so many unique decentralized sites is ridiculous.

Provider and Member Web Portals are a joke! all around it is a big joke, members, providers, brokers, vendors, all are suffering, except the management with high salaries & bonus, and shares, all is going down hill around here, I am a broker, and they have not paid my commissions for about 3 months! no money to pay my bills and nobody cares!
Are you talking about the staff who run them? Shouldn't those already be SS since it is IT? I would love to actually have access to those portals to see what the members see are and trying to tell us.
