Wish the mods would quit deleting posts that disagree with the main narrative.

Glad to see there are still some oblivious folks here .. clearly they work for Allstate
Seriously? Hundreds of forums here, most of them are more active then ours, people talk about all kind of stuff and somehow there is an agenda against the OP of this post?
Anonymous website, meaning - can’t name and bash other people, cause they are not public figures. C-suits and comms are, but as someone else mentioned personal insults are not allowed, meaning - pick your words when criticizing (don’t target a person but a person’s actions). Simple as that.
And yeah, no political and racial rants.
I used to believe it was all rules-related as well. I thought everybody was just making things up since it hadn't happened to me... but recently it appears I've drawn the attention of a particular mod who enjoys deleting my posts for no reason at all, leaving others in the same thread that break the rules, mention politics, religion, exact names of non-c-levels, etc...
I guess it's their site and they can do what they want, but whatever.
Anyone with a shed of intellect can see that they are inconsistent (at best) with enforcing the rules.
There are topics that are against the rules, technically, but stay because they are on the "approved" or "right side" of a given topic where posts that aren't, get nuked really quickly.
There is an obvious and apparent bias... watch this post get nuked for pointing it out.
This is why strict moderation of this nature (here and on other platforms) is impossible and will inherently have bias.
Better to promote free speech and let bad ideas get countered with good ideas, and let people decide things for themselves rather than being put in a bubble
Copy-paste from another thread here ( +15XRugWL)
this question pops up twice a week - read the rules in the TOS, it's in the footer - the site is 'lightly' moderated
see that post below, it's not mine but it was shared here several times

On deletions, someone posted this a couple of days ago, source below: I've been on this site since 2015 (first with Verizon and now with GM) so hear me out:
i am sure there is more stuff that i am forgetting but this is it in the nutshell... Source thelayoff.com/t/XqwjDwK or Post ID: @ndo+XqwjDwK a day ago by Anonymous - 14 reactions (+14/-0)
I'm noticing that posts that get deleted usually break the rules of this site, nothing more.
