@1sbee+1ghIzPU8, Apache could not have done worse. Noble had world class assets, the ability to deliver liquids or natural gas and an international portfolio. Stover and most of the management at Noble didn't know how to communicate with the portion of the technical staff that actually knew something or how to run a company.
