What is the Sales and Training Manager at your Club doing? Are they teaching and training associates how to get plus and credit? Are they supporting and motivating the associates in their area?

This position needs to be looked at by HO and either eliminated or made an hourly postion. Ours has admitted that she is paid off of what the cashiers/desk associates do and that she doesn't need to do anything.
Unfortunately ours is a complete disaster. Doesn’t try to train anyone and then talks bad about everyone. Worst position they’ve ever opened.
Ours bellows loudly and degrades the frontend associates every day.
He stands by the lock up cages and disrespects every one.
Bullies members into getting Plus and credit and talks down to the members when they tell him no.
What a waste of payroll !
Nope ours sits in the marketing office, works when the want to and leaves early or calls out all the time. Doesn't care cause they are salary
I’m still trying to figure out what ours was paid to do? A lot of talking on her phone, eating and twirling her hair was all I saw lol
This is a waste of payroll. This is one position the company could save money by eliminating.
Ours is just an extra desk associate at our club, and gets a nice big bonus considering we get top of the company in plus challenges .
Ours is a open requisition. Ours quite 7-8 months ago. No one is applying for it either.
Ours walks around and acts like a front end manager except she can’t do over rides because she isn’t a manager😂😂

The one in our club act like the front end manager, stands around, or she’s around the club taking pictures of people and try to ge em in trouble! And yes a group of people is going to sue her! In case the your reading this be ready…
Nothing. We don’t have one. The one we had lasted less than 2 weeks.

Our gal is awesome. She trains everyone the same way, so people cannot say, "oh I was never told I had to get upgrades and credits". It is such an easy thing to just ask.
