Thread regarding ADP layoffs

What's the state of the union?

Curious as to what's going on and why the recent departures of so many senior leadership members in the past 2 years. With the changes in culture as well as the mass exodus across the board, it seems something is on the horizon.

You made me laugh!

No, ADP does not have a union. When I worked for ADP, rumor was that you could be let go just for mentioning union. Good luck with that. Remember all the times you are reminded that your employment is at will.

I thought the same about Gary Butler. Was there another reason outside of that?

“There is constant movement what’s changing now is the same thing that changed when Carlos moved into his role. If Carlos doesn’t leave ADP in the next year I will be surprised” ...... I thought Gary Butler left only because of the domestic abuse arrest and thats why Carlos was promoted.

DD IS leaving; her exodus is positioned as her "retirement." She's being replaced by Kareem Rogers. Stuart Sackman is also gone.

Not going to happen. She can lose hundreds of NAS clients, destroy margins and rev growth, and lay off thousands of tenured loyal employees, but as long as she is a token face of diversity DD is not going anywhere. She might fail up but that’s it

Sr leadership movement has been constant forever. Anyone thinking it’s accelerated just isn’t paying attention to who was leaving. Likely because they are only looking at their BU or old BU. There is constant movement what’s changing now is the same thing that changed when Carlos moved into his role. If Carlos doesn’t leave ADP in the next year I will be surprised.

Yeah, I would imagine there could be something on the horizon. But over the last few years, the poor leadership was enough to make anyone jump ship. And the internal cleansing and layoffs just added to that. They have such poor managers in most departments who would want to stay. Many of the really good ones have quit, retired or took a package!

Just a company that made bad decisions over the last few years spiraling down. And down. Yes, the rats are jumping off the sinking ship. I used to work for ADP several years ago. It has become an appalling distorted shadow of itself. Not a company worth working for anymore.

Leadership at ADP is an oxymoron. They are all abandoning a sinking ship. Hiring offshore has taken on extra urgency even though attendance is non existant Mondays, Fridays and anything perceived as a holiday. #WINNING
