Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

coming back

Without doxing myself, I reapplied and haven't heard anything in some time. I assume I'm not getting the position but no news is good news right? How long are they taking to decide these days?

It’s a blessing in disguise. This place is a cancer full of lies abs 2% annual raises. No transparency, overworked adjusters and no leadership. Go work for progressive.

@ulw+1ggMY8Hy That's sad. My metrics were decent and I never received a DOI complaint.

Why in the world would you come back?

There are less and less former Allstaters that were impacted by the 2020 cuts being hired back than were initially due to trends of those impacted coming back with bad attitudes, grudges, and being disruptive to the culture of the company. Many come back thinking they have some kind of say and tenure on how things are and it has become most undesirable to our practices.
