Meanwhile we are neck deep in problems with current integration work, wait until we go live, buckle up everybody!! I feel for everyone including myself who is heavily involved day to day and despite all that now she wants to launch massive transformation project that she knows nothing about and have no proven past experience implementing?? I mean we get her motive which is nothing but waste more good $$ for the company for her own interests but i can firmly say the business is not ready for this including all other experts required which are not being consulted at all....typical Elder approach!
