Starting soon all store managers will have a credit goal! Yes you heard this correctly, managers must open 3 credits per week!! Not on the register? That’s ok, just carry the credit pamphlet with you and engage customers on the sales floor. This should roll out by October!

Good news I hear. I will help store manager to meet her Belk three credit goal every week week. I have to charge her $1000 for each credit since her salary is about $127,000 a year! It is easy work anyone at Belk can do it. This poor Belk still around this October 2022 we hope? What other stupid goals Belk is having in mind?
