Did anyone watch it? Think they will give us COLA raises? They talked about it but didn't confirm anything. How about them Centene private jets??? Lol

@1gwj+1geBRfyz I’m under corporate and our team was told 4 days would not be approved.
There will not be raises. They are having to hire new people at salary much higher than current staff....how do I know, I just hired people at 7k less than me with less experience than me...and I have staff who make more than me...we are getting screwed for liking our jobs (well the old way of doing things before our new overloards wellcare took over) and staying at a company instead of leaving and making way more.
$$ for centene jets, naming rights to ice rink facilities, naming rights to soccer stadiums, all that's important to you and me!!!!
I get the feeling that they think we should be grateful that they let us wfh and that should be compensation enough. Centene has always been behind in what other companies are doing probably bc we always had a dinosaur for a CEO.
3000 people - not to be question by government it is the goal for lay-offs
@1gwj+1geBRfyz Every time I hear them say “People leaders” I cringe. That just debunks every word they just said about me doing what works best for me. Your people leaders can just take that right away by saying “business needs”. When really it’s just personal because a lot of what you are asking for, you have already been doing it for 2 years.
There won’t be raises….it all seemed very non-committal. Just like the 4 day work week…talk to your people leader. Yet above the people leaders, say it’s not allowed per corporate (supposedly).

I watched and I was wondering the same thing. Or will they just say, we’ve discovered you all are where you should be along side our competitors. Just to make it seem like they looked into it.
