It is normal for every company to have a combination of short-term plans and long-term plans.
But it seems that the emphasis at Centene is only on short-term goals, and that long-term ones are neglected. In fact, I don't think most employees are even familiar with the company's long term plans?? Consequently, there are no attempts to make them come to fruition.

It's simple: The short term plan is to rip off Americans selling useless health insurance while ignoring all employee complaints. The long term plan is to get away with it.
