A lot of talk about people leaving the company. Honestly I can't see a lot of people leaving at my location. Is attrition really unusually high, or have the rumors without merit started going wild for now reason?

3 weeks & I’m next. Waiting on my letter. CEO who can’t make a decision, surrounded by bo--s and yes men & dont get me started on the woman. Everyone hires their friends who wont tell them there wrong or awful. Such a terrible place to work. Maybe it’s more fun in the executive palace where you can be adored and sheltered from the cr---y real life at D
WFH….I see some people who’ve never even come back to the office even moved away but still work here. How can that be???
Some in my group barely come in, I do not understand the rules anymore.
If Chris cared, he’d read or talk with people about why they are leaving. But he doesn’t.
This isn’t 2015, the culture is long gone. What made Denbury great at one time was strong HR and Executive leadership. He has surrounded himself with incompetent boot lickers that don’t challenge anything because if you challenge him you get “asked to resign”.
If you go to glassdoor and sort the list by least favorable reviews, it’s a wonder they’re able to even hire anyone at this point. I’m sure the savvy would-be employee stops by even this channel before accepting the interview. Then they read all that we say here. Sure there’s a lot of boot lickers, but lately more and more of you have grown a spine and actually started to speak your mind. I’m very proud of you that do say what’s up, cause this is some bull sh!t and Chris needs to boot some of these turds quick or were all gonna lose this ship.
Seems like workin from homes a big deal to you Plano folks. In the field its because were overworked and stretched thin.Plano doesn’t trust us either like they don’t trust y’all to be working at home. They track our every move with gadgets and tell us to work harder even with the least amount of us to ever pump this field. We’re numbers now, not people. In the past few years they’ have shown time and time again they don’t Value us. We don’t have as many as options as y’all though
good luck, rumors are that some of the new hires are getting promised more flexibility. All depends who you know I guess, my boss said no shot
Awaiting news to see if you can add me to that number soon. Plenty of other places are paying better and offering better WFH opportunities. I was told we came back into the office to “collaborate” but I for one work in a cubicle behind a computer all day. Our culture and new office layout certainly does nothing to promote collaboration for my role. Unfortunately the fire has burned out in the Denbury I used to know. Anxious to leave so many great colleagues but looking forward to the change. I hope to be joining one of the companies that values increased efficiency and productivity of WFH while giving the employee flexibility for a better work-life balance in our new normal.
No body wants to work with douch bags and incompetents anymore. Denbury needs to clean house in the upper levels, a lot of those people are cancer and aids.
Surely Chris is reading this right, or am I daydreaming?
A VP. 2 senior HR folks, and 2 engineers in the last 2 weeks.
It’s high in Plano right now. 6 or 7 already this month is what I’ve seen/heard.
