Citi stock is at a 52 week low right now. This measurable metric should be the CEO’s primary focus and if it HAS BEEN the primary focus and this 52 week low is the result, then maybe we have the wrong person for the job.

Agreed. The primary performance metric of an CEO is to make the stock price go up. For an employee, if there performance metrics are not met, they are put on a performance improvement plan and then shown the door if no improvement is seen.
Its time our CEO is held to the same standard. This abysmal stock performance should NOT be rewarded. We have not seen a return on our investment ESPECIALLY factoring in that she gave herself a rather handsome raise the first year.
She’s from the old regime. It’s time to replace antiquated thinking with new blood. Just move aside and let someone else run with it.
Well, CEO metrics not met, but she's busy showing others the door. Where is the board?
We discussed this very thing at lunch today.
I’m sure the board is concerned also. I mean no one ever buys a stock thinking, “I sure hope the stock price doesn’t go up.”
