Get out while you can. They can no longer adequately staff casualty offices. Unless you think a pending in New York of 320 is considered adequate staffing. The long term goal is clearly no longer in the states.
And the rest of the jobs goes to H1-b from China...

The thing is, India is handling total loss offers and communications with customers like never before. The classes they are taking to improve on their western dialects is working. Great investment idea. Soon, they will be doing liability claims and then casualty. They will work hard for 30% of USA workers wages
As an insider, I doubt packages will be as forthcoming as they’ve been in prior years.

Wait for packages??? You are being replaced, not eliminated. You will be waiting a lifetime for a package. They are a thing of the past.
We all know what they are doing but they don’t talk about it. It’s in the shadows and NO ONE is admitting to what the F is going on. It’s total BS. They should just admit what their long term goal is by being honest. But they are not honest. They are crooks and scoundrels and Chicago thugs.
This is not a secret- just wondering why people are surprised by this. My insurance is going elsewhere as soon as my auto coverage is up for renewal
