....so just want to give you a heads up! All the hiring in claims is in anticipation of a new leadership and employee purge next year. A couple of their statements have tipped Tipsy's and PS hands too! Their statements about no major structural changes this year in claims....so that means there are waiting until next year for more big changes. Don't forget they are not going to leave those 20K employees working from home full time forever. Their days are still numbered regardless of where they are now hiring! They have even stated they are hiring ahead....because they know we will be loosing people next year. Also later this year, we will enter into an inflation driven recession and the job market will tighten up again and your options will be limited. They won't let that opportunity go to waste! NEVER! Targeted severance packages for more tenured SMs/TMs and run off as many tenured, that are still left, CA/CSs as they can. Simple plan, reduce salaries, reduce future pension and healthcare cost, and hire back at a much cheaper rate. Regardless of what they say, what pandemic hits etc....interrupts the "plan", its still a race to the cheapest bottom! U/W get ready for yours these next 2-3 years! You lazy id--ts have no clue what's coming! Chris S. is going to tear you a new one! Oh don't forget Tipsy turns 63 in June and has made generational wealth for him and his heirs! You just thought he had bent you over....let's see what happens these next two years until he retires! What replaces him will be even worse!!!!! Remember nothing these people do is in your best interests or a benefit to you, never/ever, it's always on their terms, their way!

They can’t find as--s to out in the chairs now and you think they will purged. That is just D-MB!
Yep you are definitely a rube being conned. The less intelligent always get taken advantage. Glad you have the self awareness to realize it many don’t.
It's going to be interesting to see, I agree that SF never does anything on the level for it's employees. It's always some kind of scam, con job or angle to make people leave or get more work out of them for less money. They serve sh-t pie and try to convince everyone is grandma's homemade chocolate cake! (re-message). I can't wait to talk to the new hires and see what they think about SF 6 months in this he-l ho-e...and they realized they were lied to and scammed about the opportunity.
Next big purge….agent contract changes….Tipsord escorted out by security…..it’s all about……Yawn. We’ve seen these BS posts for years.
Blah blah blah-OP needs a new topic or new material-same as last year and the year before and…..
I'm pretty sure I read the same rambling post about a year ago with the exception of the "inflation driven recession". Nice oxymoron........mo--n.
Totally agree when the job market changes, the gratitude from SF changes big time. Sad really it can’t remain constant.
The next purge will be brutal. Everyone should hope for continued company growth and a strong economy. SF could have downsized significantly for the first year or so of the pandemic, especially in auto claims. Instead of being grateful, the company gets nonstop complaints and demands from those who could have been without a job at all. Once the job market changes, watch out!
