My advice to everyone who comes here is not to stay here for long and to be on a constant lookout for better options. This place is a sweatshop. Obviously bills have to be paid but nothing is worth ruining your health. I'm sure if we were to make an analysis of how much the employees' health here suffered, it would be shocking. Almost every colleague who has worked here for a while has developed some stress related health problem. It's sad.

Our CM expects so much out of our measly paid staff. He acts like 15/hr is a gold mine! It’s very disgusting.
The physical attributes is only partial as aging does pay a large factor. Joints get worn out, our legs, hips and knees are exhausted with standing on concrete. The health problem you should really focus on is your mental health. Being degraded by management and members, humiliated at times and harassed for lacking speed or even your "numbers" can play a large part to stress and depression. You no longer want to exert yourself to the job as you see others lie their ways to promotions; new MIT's come in and try to prove themselves by questioning your abilities; points are abused by favorites (MSL having their personal points removed by smooth talking). Sounds like we are in the same place. Take care of yourself and make adjustments if you know this IS NOT the company you want to be with. I'm over 30 years with the club (thank you accounting office). Waiting 1 more year for retirement. Can I make it?
Highly-paid?! You must be joking. If you work full time at 15 an hour, you make about a thousand a paycheck. That's 2 grand a month. Not enough for rent, food, and clothing, not to mention a car to get to and from work. Highly-paid my donkey's bu-t.
This place has gone so far down hill, they expect so much from the associates that work their a-s off but nothing from those others.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's called being on your feet for 8 hours on concrete and constant lifting.
It's called aging, stop being an id--t, it's highly paid no skill labor.
