Maybe have and will/start taking screen shots showing 45 NEW VOICEMAILS received in 48 hours. Because, you know, ONLY the CO (Claim Owner) can help. No option to zero out on the call (we were advised to re-record our voicemail and EXCLUDE the zero-out option), and our poor claim associates have been advised to only transfer to the CO'S voicemail. Is the CO sick (not allowed), on PTO(not allowed), off for ANY reason ( not allowed)? Too frickin' bad Mr. Insured, Mr, Claimant, Mr. Attorney (PC disclaimer, Ms., Miss, It , They, You ...), ONLY the CO can respond because no one else knows/ understands what the HE-L is going on around here, and BTW, no one above a TM level wants/ cares to about YOUR problem.
SOLUTION: Tell ANYONE/EVERYONE that complains about claim handling that you AGREE and:
- you have to work every weekend to
keep up, and that still isn't enough
- you empathize and understand their pain, but until so please make an executive complaint, otherwise it will be business as ususal
- you, as an employee are in the SAME BOAT, as the poor insured, claimant ,attornery i.e. we are ALL being "blown off" .
