Why don't home office make a CBL for Coaches to treat everyone's job in the building like they are important. Why look down on the people that practicly help you keep your cushy management job. Cart guys jobs are more important then anything.. no carts no sales

Fresh doesn't even get paid anymore. People can go stand at self checkout and look stupid for a $1 more than a skilled meat cutter. TRASH.
Ever since they changed the pay structure to overpay fresh the idea that everyone’s job is important went out the window.
Now it’s “what can you do for the fresh team today on top of your job”
Like people who already pay for a membership are going to pay to get a cart and have you take it to their car so you can unload it. And then you'd have to give them a quarter for the cart. Aldi's isn't Sam's Club.
Aldi's doesn't have cart guys.
no receiving no sales no stocking no sales no cash registers no sales no maintenance ( too much trash) no sales what can we do without? managers !!! over all other than bark orders they are useless..
