facts are facts, crime is crime and every publicly traded company is responsible for writing and following ethical rules that they are required by the SEC to post publicly. this type of cr-p is a violation of the SEC ethics.
Just as filing fraudulent patents are in violation of federal laws. Undeveloped product that does not do, as sold is fraud. the bill of sale is the contract.

OP sounds to me like they are on the employee’s side. Just trying to put out some tough love. Oracle is truly a horrific place to work. There are lots of people who mindlessly go to work each day assuming that this is their job and there’s nothing they can do about it. You have the power to make a change. Lots of people have. You can do it too. The company is really going down and you are going to have to do what you need to do to move on. Get you resume together and get it done.
