How naive and inexperienced you must be in the working world to think we haven't communicated all of this internally already, many times. Look around, we're hardly alone on this site.

That might help some. But management should have a strong business education and background first. F5 isn't executing on the fundamentals. Too many products, not enough people, poor quality. You don't get ahead by have a broad array of average to below average products. Get something great first, then build on it - standardize around the processes that made it great. Right now management is trying everything and succeeding at nothing.
