It’s a shame that a handful of associates and “managers” can cause good workers to quit or move to other departments. Why is home office so focused on MX scores instead of looking at turnover rates and finding out why the few good people are leaving. Whenever a good associate leaves, they’re replaced with 3 worthless ones.

Home office can kiss my donkey's behind. Then they can take their "bonus" and stick it in their mouths. Talk about your thieves. Using Mx voices as an excuse to lower bonuses. The boys and girls at home office think they're clever. It'll come around to bite them in the A.
Yep, It used to be profit and sales. Then they stopped including tobacco sales because some clubs weren't allowed to sell tobacco. Then we got fuel stations. Then they did the same thing as tobacco. But then the excuse was we don't make any profit on fuel. B.S. They wouldn't take a loss on fuel. No frickin way. I used to work for Mobil oil corp. Unleaded made 5 to 10 cents per gallon. Mid grade 10 to 20 and premium was 20 to 35. Now we have MX. What a scam. Just another way to cheat the little guy.
Home Office, listen up: Using MX voices is ridiculous. Do you even read them? Most of the complaints are petty and silly. Who is at fault? Corporate is. Whose fault is it we have long lines to get out of the store? Yep you guessed it, Corporate. Whose fault it is that we don't have enough cashiers? Corporate that's who. Your managers take vacation every 4 to 5 weeks, it is like a revolving door. Your managers are not present on the floor, they are not doing their jobs, but they get huge bonuses while you work us to death. You are at fault Corporate.
Because they use mx voices to cut down your sam's share. they know that if the bonus was based on sales alone, they'd have to pay out heavily to associates.
so they come up with a way they can control the payouts. have "member comments" figure in.
most of those mx voices are written by some worthless dweeb at corporate.
corporate wants turnover. it keeps associates from racking up pto & keeps the payroll at a minimum.
I am so worthless it will take 6 worthless ones to replace me !
