How come the CEO feels that only focking c class executives and product pricing is affected by inflation and not employees salary. What kind of CeO is this and which school did he get his education. You increase product pricing by 12 % to curb inflation but give the same 3% hike to employees… the CEO seems to have math problem..

He went to Northwestern. I'm sure they tout him as a shining example of a dirt bag graduate from their program.
The CEO is about making the stock look attractive to investors, not about employee retention, opportunity or growth. Get it through your head OP, you work for a Stock company. They are not a grass roots organization focused on growing a satisfied employee base. They love to see employees leave so they can ramp up Allstate India more and mote through on shore attrition as opposed to layoffs. Look around at what they are doing. The squeeze is on and they don’t care.
