Culture at AIG has taken an extremely negative turn in the past several years. Some of the changes implemented by the management in that period show how little they care about their employees. It's changing the way employees interact with each other as well. There is no more support between coworkers, just attempts to make yourself look good to the leadership. I can't think of one positive thing to say at this point.

I am seeing more a-ho-e personalities than before. No helpfulness like before....this is what AIG has created.
Why are they asking their life insurance customers to change policy (upgrade) . Are these policies losing money for them? It is like they want to recall some policies they wrote.
That's because they hire one sr person from a company like ge and they hire all of their friends even though they have no insurance experience.
