This is a fine example of the old State Farm who would never be duped by this nonsense and today's State Farm who bought into something that is totally opposite of the fundamental core values of the company. If it did happen in the old State Farm, it would be immediately addressed and responsibility taken. Today's State Farm is one of two things: Either they were not smart enough to know they were being duped or they bought into an obvious loser of a proposition. Either way as I see it, State Farm got caught almost literally with their pants down. Whoever posts "decisions have consequences" is spot on.

There has to be an internal affairs investigation into this entire incident. The ball was dropped at very high levels IMO and there has to be some accountability for this action with termination as the end result as will as numerous shield memorandums signed.

I doesn't take a rocket scientist to walk around any floor at SF, especially in claims, and the whole department is at least 90%+ African American. Virtually a predominately white workforce has been replaced over the last 8-9 years with mainly African American or disproportionate minority workforce. It's almost criminal because it's not genuine to help these groups and State Farm and corporate America are just abusing this socio-economic group. These folks are doing nothing wrong and just trying to better their lives for themselves and their family. The woke BS is just that....now pushing this cr-p on small kids.... that's a whole different slim bag level. Recently, a very close, loved one took a position with State Farm. They were appalled by the “inclusive” policies, during training. I so wish I had a screenshot. They have gone completely woke. So gross.

Participation in this (the GenderCool) program is strictly voluntary. Our participation in this program evolved quickly, and the decision was made several months ago for participants not to share resources with schools.
