Facing unrealistic expectations

I don't know what's more stressful - trying to achieve all the unrealistic expectations that are imposed on employees here, or having to deal with the boss who is convinced that these are not unrealistic expectations at all. What is your tactic to handle such expectations?

At the club I work at we will be losing managers in a few weeks. I don't know how much we can take. We are under staffed as it is. Seven or more trucks behind and the list keeps getting longer. Maybe this is the plan to push people to their breaking point 🤷‍♀️

I once told a manager that if you can do it with those unrealistic expectations, I can do it. That was the only time in 22 years that I was coached. I'm still here and she is long gone.

like an earlier poster said, do all you can, hustle, don't just stand around..... if a manager or lead comes to you and tells you it can be done & it isn't unrealistic to expect it. Ask them to show you how to do it so quickly & efficiently.

if that is true about that Reynoldsburg club that explains why we had two managers and some other associates go there to help out. One of the manager was our GM...they told us the reason they went was that club had fallen behind and needed help...

Do the best you can with what you have. If you stay busy and not stand around, there is nothing more you can do. Just put the product out they want you to. It's on their head for making that decision. If it doesn't sell, oh well.
