LTL should be renamed PR Gone Wrong
They forgot the highly anticipated Leaders Conference recap...where many caught COVID.
Last let's talk live they glorified sleeping in the office to meet a deadline (#BeWell!) This one they casually drop that employees were forced to be exposed to COVID because... we don't have our tech together?
If the goal of these talks is to let us know how unvalued employees are at Metlife they're doing a great job.
@3gyg+1gRhBLyX - Not sure. The site also seems glitchy about updating, so maybe it was just an issue with that. Or maybe it had to do with the names, but I didn't give full names and they are both public figures as CEO and Head of Country.
This forum is lightly administered, but the site admins only nuke posts containing foul language and personal info. Maybe you phrased it differently than now and somehow triggered the review and deletion
What happened to my comment about the next CEO? Nothing objectionable in it. It was something like:
Mario seems to be a favorite of Michel. Perhaps because of his time in the middle east.
It's not out of the realm of possibility that Mario is the next CEO.

We had our service centers work with customers in person during the pandemic.
Some of those customers had COVID, but it's ok, the workers had a mask.

What I'd really like to hear about at this LTL is inflation and my paycheck.
Do I need to find a new job to get paid more, or will MetLife do like Microsoft has promised and basically planned to pay a lot more.
