I got nothing from DXC, but got moved to Accenture as part of end of contract. Got a year and a bits pay for being made redundant (because of Acc offshoring my role). I'm considering my options, still living on the redundancy....

20% after leaving and 3% this yr.
I got a 3k raise start of the year and handed my notice in out of disgust. Enough was enough. My new company offered me nearly double my salary!!! Take a call guys from those recruiters and have that interview and get what your owed do not stay and be abused by a leader who once got on a town meeting and said if you’re unhappy with the company then leave. Thanks Mike I took your advice and left. By the way my new leader has said if you do become unhappy come to speak to me and we’ll see why and what we can do to change things.
7 years and 0% each year. I can't afford to stay, whether or not I am happy in my role.
"As a manager in DXC India, I have had consistent pay reviews averaging 5 to 10% a year. Bonuses as well. "
If DXC India paying so well, why so many of my Indian colleagues leaving? DXC only give pay rises to managers, not workers who make DXC money.
As a manager in DXC India, I have had consistent pay reviews averaging 5 to 10% a year. Bonuses as well.
This highlights by working hard, supporting customers and DXC alike- you will be rewarded.

Quite a bit, from 27k to 36k last year
Mine was a cool $7million USD rise, works out at only 50%. Mike Self 1no
If you got that kind of rise you would say its not enough lol.
But its a really not enough for me, I'm going to ask myself for more this year.
See if I can break past $30 million barrier, should have enough to retire soon, thanks for your efforts my rise is doing very well folks.
What did you get 😆 🤣
My highest raise in the last three years is zero (yeah yeah, more fool me).
I was given a small sum of money to distribute to me team last year (first time in DXCs history), the highest % I was able to give someone was 2%.
If you even received a raise, that is.
