This management group is desperate to create teamwork. That’s because they have zero appreciation for employees. Like another post stated, employees here are treated like roaches, something to stomp on. I’ve never worked anywhere that needed union protection more than these field people. I actually heard a local manager tell a field tech that very thing.

We will have more people leave and they won't backfill those positions. Those left will be told to pick-up the extra work load. People will get burned out and the cycle will continue until there are none left.

Sadly, management still views it's employees as an expense when it views it's hardware as an asset. I'm pretty sure little Toot Toot doesn't have the same control over headcount that HR does, but I think MM is as much, or more, a villain as TT.

Well, fuel prices have to be hurting us bad. Driving 1-2 hours to reach a site has to be having a negative effect on the bottom line. I don't even want to think about refueling generators with diesel over $5/gallon.

TT will want the books looking nice so he can get his bonus. Cutting heads is the fastest way to reduce operating costs.
