Was sold 100mbs internet. Techs showed up to my home and installed it. After the installation was over they informed me i wouldn't be getting 100mbs. They could only do 50mps. I contacted windstream i was told this was correct they couldn't give me 100mps that they sold me. Instead i would be billed the same for half the speed I was sold. I told the person i spoke with on them phone to cancel my service. At this point I've had windstream less than 24hrs when i asked to cancel. They left my service on 3 more days then billed me for internet i never used or wanted. DO NOT GET SERVICE OF ANY KIND FROM WINDSTREAM!

They are nothing but lairs. The internet service is never what they say it is. I have taken off 6 days of work for them to only show up one day. I loose from $1000-2500 day and told them that. Then when you call in they send you to 100 different people and hang up on you consistently. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am actually going to go speak to my attorney and see if there is anything I can do about this.

The absolute worst. Can't even get it installed. They lie and say they came to install but never did, then when they do come out 5 days later, they don't complete the job, and tell me it will be another 4 days before they can come out again. I don't think so!
