I've worked both UHC and Optum and I'm in shock that we have shareholders that invest here! I have co-workers gaming during company time, boss who will log into my computer via the group mailbox permissions so it looks like he is doing work and the other co-workers shopping online while working... No Wonder 3 of my team had been previously laid off... WTFlip!! This is a TOXIC He11 H0le! B@d Cu1ture!

How sad that you have not had a good boss in your time at Optum/UHG. I have been fortunate to have been under great leadership throughout my career here, so don't give up, change teams, keep growing. There is a good fit for you somewhere.
It sounds like the boss and co-workers have a low self esteem. I have yet to have a boss who was not toxic... must be a requirement at UHC and Optum. I should sell this story to Netflix! There is more drama here then the House Wives of Atlanta! LMFAO
I think it sounds like you need to look for a new team or else you might end up doing everyone's work, yikes!
A department getting 20% raises and the rest of us getting nothing!!!! You hear if all these WFH people doing sh!y and I go in the office daily and get nothing? Please prove the raise???? Optum /UHC/UHG ducks as a company. The p-e ins get nothing no matter how long you’ve been there and how hard you work. I’ve been looking elsewhere, just makes me angry I wasted 11 years here!!!
Actually they can log into your computer via virtual machine. They have a remote management software. It shows up on event viewer. Let me boss watch me... maybe he would actually learn how to do his job!!! LMFAO
It's not your company , you're not an owner, a partner, a board member, trustee, etc.. who cares. Do the minimal and bail

So many questions...How do you know what your coworkers are doing? Have they been d-mb enough to trust you with their "illegal" activities? Why is your boss logging onto your machine? Are you being micro-managed? Does she/he do that to all employees on the team or just you? Why would they have to log onto your machine to check on your work instead of just running the reports from META? Even teams has reports on your applications and site usage. What specifically is this manager trying to observe? Are you running a side gig they want to catch you on?
My former department the boss would book half day on his Outlook Calendar as busy so it appeared he was in meetings and would come into the office at Noon, check his emails and bolt out the door for 2.5 hours for lunch. One coworker did the same thing. A lot of work to keep up with for the team members that got all the departmental work.
Your team sounds like it doesn't have enough work to do, hiw do they meet performance metrics. I would start looking for another job if I were you.
I don’t understand how that is even possible. On a weekly basis during 1:1, they provide your tracking, they know everything you looked up, every platform and how long, so the situation you are describing, they must be in IT and know how to fraud the system.
