Sounds like you learned your lesson, hero.
Defending/protecting woman who worked for me from creepy old fat predators in the work place cost me my career. I stepped up to to do the right thing and HR went behind my back to see if I was making it up. Never once did the women say thanks. They moved up and I was black balled going forward. And the creepy predators kept their jobs because they reported into an SVP who was harassing 21 years olds. Good guys didn’t win. Fidelity is a joke. Next time I’ll turn the other way.
Catty office politics is right - I applied for a job there, years ago. I was unprepared for a return to the job market, and did badly on the in-person interview. Someone on the interview team started a rumor about it.
Years later, I apply, interview, and am turned down for a job with reference to the rumor. All perpetuated by women who have no idea what really happened. It's pathetic, to say the least.
Uber is always hiring.
The amount of time they waste with their catty office politics
Me love them long time
What?!? How do you not see all of the women SVPs, CIOs, and Executives; including Abby. This comment is re--rded.
