I was a cash office associate at one time,I went up there and it looks like a break room, boxes thrown on the floor garbage filled with food and flies buzzing around. The old Marketing office is a break room its discustiing. Cleanliness is not the market managers priority. 😒

Leads have no business doing filing or having access to associate files!
Look at the people that have taken over certain spaces....there's your answer.
Our CBL area is disgusting. People eat there and it is plain nasty. I would love to see how they live.
I myself was also a cash office associate and one of the very few left. I am not a lead any longer but I still work the cash office as there was NO ONE in the entire club who understood how to work the office. It is still referred as "my" office however an office it is not. I have made one small corner just for cash office use while the rest has become a dumping ground of boxes and jewelry or electronics hold and always over flowing trash cans. It is sad and pathetic. I have made sure food not to be consumed in office. I find payout term checks laying everywhere in that office. I agree that HR and cash office needs to be started back again only because it has become so chaotic and Leads either have no idea of what to do or they do not have the time. Our management team always looks to me for organizing and working the office and research anything HO questions or may look suspicious. Makes the day go by fast. Now what does it mean when the MM knows your name?
The sight of the pigs eating in the break room and just the trash left behind was unbelievable and gross , it was also in the CBL room. So I started going out to my car for lunch , also for some piece and quite ! So if that is possible for you to do I would do it.
All extra offices are dumping grounds or there's nasty food wrappers from managers sitting all day. One day the company will crack down, but bugs and mice are the least of their issues
Cash office is in a state of disarray at my club. Manager doesn’t have time to do paperwork. It’s piled up for months now. Leads don’t have enough time to dedicate the time needed to file away the months worth of completed paperwork, chargebacks, do research, etc on top of running the front, HR stuff, etc. Only a few leads know how to do it appropriately. The rest have poor cash management and shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the office.
Either this company needs to have more front leads or hire someone to do this stuff. Did someone do a line at home office before coming up with this plan. Same with PTC. And that dumpster fire of a island membership they finally trashed.
Managers vegg out
Yup no one cares about the upstairs anymore since members are not allowed. Also only the main breakroom needs to look presentable when company comes a calling.
We recently moved the CBL computers down in to the Managers office. Why?
It was meant to cut down on associates taking extended breaks and just vegging in front the computers.
