Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Can Anyone Confirm TMobile Provided Cobra Details to Employees That Quit?

I think they should and are supposed to provide information, but in my opinion they are shady as all get out. I would expect they would play a game and or not provide it. Can anyone confirm that yes, they send the Cobra information?

Return to office is a joke for many reasons. One is long covid. The company line is get vaccinated, you will be ok. If you get sick it will be mild. Well the data is now coming in. Mild cases, asymptomatic cases? Long covid impacts.

They don't get to tell anyone what is ok for them. Especially when the potential for long covid implications may surface long after TMobile has dumped everyone. Leaving the effects and costs to you.

Appreciate any information.

T-Mo is supposed to pay for two months of cobra, as per their separation package.
I will say that they sent the email to my T-Mobile email address, which was snuffed out the afternoon that I was informed of my layoff. I was only able to screen shot the email.

I’ll be holding them accountable for everything they claimed to be offering in the separation discussion.

Cobra information can be found at any time on TNation in the benefits area. When someone leaves, it is not paid for by TMO but the person can self pay for up 18 months

Stop whining. They have to provide COBRA information to all eligible employees as per federal law.
