Bossy coworkers

Even if someone is among the boss’s favorites, it still doesn’t give them the right to push work onto other colleagues. We have one such bossy colleague who continuously takes advantage of other employees. How do you deal with such people?

Your boss probably doesn't care about you, only that the work is getting done. I suggestion other than leave the dump

Best to be handled in real time. Why wait for a survey??

On the naming of people and leaders in this situation in a survey... Might I remind you the leaders themselves see this?? Don’t see that being good advise for whoever is posting here looking for help. Guess that’s for them to decide!

Do nothing and continue to suffer for fear of some perceived retribution, OR call them and their bosses out. If you're not willing to take a stand for yourself, the misery will only continue and get worse. Don't be anyone's doormat.

Good luck with taking care of this by naming in MyVoice survey…would it even matter if they are the favorites and when leadership are the catalyst?

Nice try with trying to get people to take the survey— and conveniently shifting negative comments from leadership to the peons….
