I look at all the fun that Allstate India has on their Youtube videos. All the dancing, playing pool and ping pong, food parties, on site carnivals, balloons everywhere, board games in the office, all the smiles and joy....complete opposite of how it is here. So much effort to make their employees in India happy and full of happiness. So obvious that India is the future for this company.

That was the old allstate days where you were proud to represent. Now the Us version has aged me quite fast, take anti depressants and drink heavily. Morale is at its all time low at allstate. Very sad
Not like they are useful anyway. They are always behind on their work and do a poor job when they do
If Allstate could they’d move all of claims except the field adjusters over there.

All new allstate dept start out that way give it 4 years been in several over the years big budget at start then they get tired of whatever buzz word is not in trend anymore examples next gen, digital operations, continuous improvement, and eventually transformative growth. Stay trendy sure the Philippines will re trend eventually as new outsource failed attempts. Enjoy your dancing see you in 4 years, when India and Glen are both past events
For now….they are likely doing this to attract talent, once Tommy and the Boys have their FILL of labor the whip comes out!!! Don’t forget that many Indian employees are intelligent and have marketable skills, with MANY US companies they could work for, once big blue reels them in with ping pong and balloons they will SOON be beaten down just like US employees, but of course we’ll all be in the soup kitchen by then!!!!

That would be fine, if they actually sold insurance there, but they are stealing from the americans, and this leadership team is benefiting. It will come home to roost at some point..
When you build up a third world country and give them jobs they express joy. This is your globalization at work. Now the USA has more people living in the streets like India. They want to spread the USA wealth around to the world and bring the USA worker down in the process. They want a cast system here. Good job Wilson. They have a penchant for cheap labor. They will sacrifice Americans to get it. We’ve had it good for 50 years. That’s enough according to them. This is the new normal.
Those videos of India employees being treated to lovely and joyful events and looked upon as appreciated and respected employees hurt the soul when we are abused and treated like garbage. Even before COVID we did not enjoy the dancing and parties at the level India has. The focus is there while we are being forgotten. So painful
That tells nothing, that’s just a good PR. Besides, you can buy like a thousand balloons for a dollar there, so I don’t see how can it be a huge investment to a bright future of this company.
