Nothing will happen. As a previous individual who was apart of a committee to help find solutions to issues that employees bring up, it’s ignored. No desire to fix - just fluff to make people feel that they are being heard.

It would be delightful if USB participation numbers were in the tank again. Ramy had a lot of egg on his face having low numbers last time. If the future work Friday session I went to last week is a hint, they're getting blasted on that RTO question.

Remember if you take it ….make sure you are comfortable with knowing that someone from MetLife does read through all of it. They can trace it all right back to you. Some people don’t care. But others do.

And I do not agree with this. The vendor should be masking data before distributing for review.
