This company is actually very lucky that some, despite their marketable skills, are afraid to leave and start over. It's scary to even think about what all this will look like in a few years.

I’m betting the typical, raises that are the same as health care cost increase yada, yada, yada.
I know a few who are just waiting to see what the new agreement brings.
It’s too bad really. The people left are stuck in a sh-t show. When manny employers would love to have them. I just wish it would work out that they could leave. I would love to see them high and dry with no help.
