Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

It is increasingly difficult to find reasons to stay

I am in a dilemma whether to accept an offer. The offer is good but the catch is that I would have to move and that is a serious problem for me.
Then I start thinking about all the reasons I don't want to be here anymore, there are too many. On the other hand, there are fewer and fewer reasons to stay..

Can anyone explain what exactly is so bad about working for Mattel? I worked there 5 or 6 years ago and morale and business performance was really low at that time (the Brian Stockton era), but as an outsider it seems like things have turned around in recent years. Is that not the case?
