I feel anxious about the possibility that one day they might tell me I'm not needed here anymore because I'm no longer a young employee who can easily find a good, stable job elsewhere. On the other hand, getting cut might be a great relief for me because I'm tired of this company. Perhaps the worst of all is the feeling of uncertainty?

No such thing as loyalty anymore. Need to get out while the market is good.
This same person has posted in the past that he already left Allstate. Just a troll looking to stir the pot with useless rumors. Clown
mixed feelings.... kinda like watching your mother in law drive off a cliff in a brand new Cadillac
Look for something and apply, you might be surprised, have a great attitude in interviews, smile, and don't bad mouth Allstate.
Remember this: No company cares about you today. The baby boomers were the last generation of employees that were valued
Also, the key is to not just do the same job over and over. Learn new / better skills.
You had a life before Allstate and you will have a life after Allstate. Start preparing for Plan B nothing here should take you by surprise.
