At my store we seen our 4 fresh leads step down in the last month. My sister works at another club In the area and they seen 3 step down. Seems like all the good workers are also finding work at other jobs. These managers are ruining everything.

Could be a number of reasons. Tired of the stress of having to run understaffed depts because home office is so greedy,
Cr---y schedules. Once a month leads get consecutive days off. most associates and salaried managers get their days off together every week.
Because Fresh doesn’t have enough leads for their departments. They need AM and PM leads like merch and member teams.
Because they got raises and Managers decided to check out once that happened. Managers use to help out with everything, now most of them are just collecting a check and hoping no one in upper management notices or that anyone below their status inconveniences them.
Why ARE and they SAW. Ok?
Most of fresh runs on production whether it's call outs or just plain day in day out workload and expectations. The associates leave on time not obligated to stay and finish therefore it falls on the leads to make sure the job gets done the easiest and quickest answer is make the leads do it. Instead of staffing the department and or having those "courageous conversations" it's just easier for management to wipe their hands and tell the lead you wear the 6 different hats and figure it out. Hiring is also a struggle when McDonald's is offering $15 an hour. In our club our fresh managers say they are not responsible for fresh associates or the departments not even schedules the leads are. They manage leads and that's it then eat in the office and facetime come out at night to get those holiday closing pictures
Not the managers. It comes straight from Home Office. $hit rolls down hill.
