Here's an idea: Fire every manager in the EAM group and start over. A group of 3rd graders could do better.

The EAM leader hopes not, that dummy could barely get a job at the local Home Depot if DEN is gone.
Could a company buyout eliminate these groups who contribute absolutely nothing to the bottom line.
How do you work here and do not understand supply/demand and how pricing works? Your meme is stupid.
It’s not rocket surgery. Just go into Me23n and search for the po’s belonging to the vendors transform, and AMA. It’s close to a million.
Who had a million in training? I can’t even get one class approved.
Close to a million in training over the last few years, was it worth it?
The ‘director’ over EAM is full of it and has no clue what he is doing, obviously in a role he is not qualified for.
What does this group do???
How many in that department have quit since he took over? How much has been spent on all these projects that never work?
How much money do they spend on consultants and projects and nothing improves?
should we include failure as a deliverable?
I work in the EAM group…and every time I associate with MY managers I feel like I’ve been touched by Jesus!!!
Thought the managers were still on strike until Elon comes to buy us up.
How many mangers are in EAM group?
The EAM empire is a waist of Denbury’s money. I have yet to hear anyone outside EAM say this group adds value.
Denbury, put all these field guys back under the Foreman. This includes M&R.
Has anyone seen failure rates decrease under M&R? 😂
Sad but true. This group is on the struggle bus.
